Here is a delicious but oh so easy little dip that you can whip up in no time. I served mine at a party recently with chips but I can't wait to try it on a baked potato! Yum...yum!
16 ounces sour cream
1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
3 ounces "real" bacon bits (the kind in the little bag)
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for 24 hours. Serve with your favorite chips or veggies.
