Homemade Low-Fat Poppy Seed Dressing


8 ounces low-fat or fat-free plain or Vanilla yogurt

1 tablespoon poppy seeds

1 tablespoon honey

1 teaspoon orange juice

1/2 teaspoon cider vinegar

1/4 teaspoon grated orange peel


Stir together: yogurt, poppy seeds, honey, orange juice, vinegar and orange peel in a small bowl.

Makes 1 cup and may be doubled. Enjoy!
